Ahmet KOKSAL was graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 2004. Following his graduation he completed his law internship and admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2006. He worked on and provided legal counseling services to the leading holding companies and corporations of Turkey in the fields of commercial disputes and commercial litigations; legal conflicts originating from banking law, enforcement of foreign judicial and arbitration awards; debt recovery and bankruptcy law, labor law and inheritance law during his working life. Engin AGYUZLU was graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 2000. Following his graduation he completed his law internship and admitted to the Izmir Bar Association. He completed his master degree in London at London Metropolitan University in “International Transport and Maritime Law”. Engin AGYUZLU submitted a successful thesis on the subject of “Unification of Ship Arrest Rules” . After completion of his master degree, he has worked several years for a leading law firm of Turkey in the fields of international trade, transportation and shipping laws, International Commercial Arbitration and litigation. During this time period, he actively participated in legal disputes occurring in Turkey and abroad ( South Korea , Spain , Ukraine , Russia , USA ). Engin AGYUZLU is fluent in English.

Oytun Semaki graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 2008. He represented Istanbul University successfully in international projects and competitions by taking active roles during his education period. Following his graduation he completed his law internship and admitted to the Istanbul Bar Association in 2008. He has worked on commercial disputes and litigation, shipping law, enforcement of foreign judicial and arbitration awards, debt recovery and bankruptcy law and also labor law during his working life. Some of his articles, regarding bankruptcy and postponement of bankruptcy, are published in Law Business Research Ltd. publications. Oytun SEMAKI is fluent in English.

Mr. Ömer Cemre KOÇ, graduated from MEF University Faculty of Law in 2018. He completed his legal internship in 2019 and started as a lawyer affiliated with Istanbul Bar Association in the same year. He started MEF University LL.M Program in 2019 and graduated with thesis entitled “The Legal Position of The Promiser in the Commitment of the Third Parties Act” in 2022. He has been working as a lawyer at KSSA Law Firm since 2019. He continues her professional life primarily in the field of Obligations Law, Commercial Law and Foreigners Law. He is fluent in English.
